It was a good experience. The young lady that assisted us was very knowledgeable. She gave us quite a bit of great information that we needed about our car.. We will return for service if we need it for our tires or possibly something else. They were very professional. The work was done beautifully quickly and it was a fair price. We’re really thankful that we stopped in.

I had a great experience at Tire Choice! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for your awesome service. I will definitely be back! Trina Gardner-Bell

I went to get new tires put on my rims as I do each year. They damaged 3 of my rims by using a Pry Bar to get the tires in and off! Then when I told them to stop doing the work and I’d go somewhere else the manager Cassie told Billy to continue! They think because they sent them off to get “repaired” that I should be happy but they did a crappy job and when I tried to highlight that to her on top on missing parts she didn’t want to hear it and trespassed me.. I waited for the police they never showed up! Don’t try calling corporate as they do not care! They refused to speak to me but all knew about my issue and just refused to talk about how they should make it right! The videos o have won’t upload but they show just how unprofessional the management is and the workers! The only solid person in that shop is Chris

I had a tire that with a screw in it repaired. Upon picking my tire up the total was $49.88. So I asked the lady what did they do. She was nasty in saying they repaired it, while giving me a nasty look. I go on to advise her I saw how she looked at me and I can ask questions about my money being spent. It was only then that she explained the repair. Then I asked about a warranty. Again, she was nasty in saying, only if it leak in the area repaired. I could have purchased a new tire from Walmart for a few more bucks. I hate spending money where it's not respected. I personally wouldn't use their service again. Edit: I took my vehicle back after I noticed I got charged for TPMS STEM KIT, that was not replaced. I also noticed that my tire had a plug versus the patch I was charged. The manager stated that, they plugged the top and patched the inside. I reminded her of her nasty attitude when I asked the first time. She offered to replace the missing piece I was charged for. At this point, I don't trust them. I ask for a refund for the service I didn't get. She did without giving me a receipt stating that it will show up in 7 to 10 business days. They been getting over on people. Check

As you can see, on Thanksgiving I had a blowout on the highway. The very next day Tire Choice, the beautiful young lady that waited on me ordered my tire early and it was there at 3:30 and she even walked me to my car for safety. It turned a bad experience into a good one.
